Great location & value for money

Great value for money. Room was large, clean & comfortable. Fantastic location to explore Ubud, you can hire scooters from the hostel for a good price. We don't usually stay in hostels but were really surprised with how quiet it was, this isn't a party hostel which was good for us but might not be for solo/younger travellers. It was good to also have a pool to relax around which was clean. Breakfast was OK but was good value to be included in the price. Free water refills. Friendly/helpful staff.

Breakfast could be better. We didn't use their laundry service as it was more expensive than the laundry service around the corner so recommend going there.

Great!!

Location is perfect, very close to many shops. Facilities are amazing! Indonesian style.

The only thing was the time to turn off the lights in the bedroom, for me it was too late

Beautiful & calming. Free breakfast an extra nice touch.

The grounds were stunning. The pool area was beautiful, the bar and seating area was also really nice. It was lovely and peaceful and tranquil. The rooms were always really really clean, bathroom cleaned regularly. Staff were so nice and helpful. Lockers were spacious as was the whole room. Was not a problem having the shower room and toilet in the same room as the dorm, actually made it easier.

The food could have been a bit better, it wasn’t the best. Although the free breakfast was always nice. We ordered other things in the evening but weren’t impressed. Also it creeped me out at the start that there was no lock & key entry on the room door and we were sleeping right by the door. So practically anyone could just walk in. It was okay because everyone in our room was lovely, but just find it weird how there’s no lock&key system, made us feel a little unsafe.

Very Good

The hostel was clean. Large and seperate shower with shampoo and bodywash. There were big lockers for your backpack, seperately from the beds, so you wouldn’t wake your roommates. Breakfast was included: delicious en enough to start the day, also free water refill. Both at the swimmingpool area and near bar there was a meeting place to meet other travellers, very suitable for solo travellers! The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Would definately go back!

The location was a bit off, as I didn’t feel like I was in the centre/near sightseeing spots. However, enough food places around the corner and Gojek is key!

A nice stay!

We stayed in a private room, it was quiet and clean and spacious. Staff were helpful, and the pool area was nice to chill at. Great to get free breakfast included

Greta location & pretty setting but basic

Great location. Close to everything in Ubud. Lovely garden and pool area. Friendly staff. Water refill available.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The bathroom had seen better days, the toilet seat was stained & the shower clogged up first use. The breakfast was simple but not very big, asked for milk with tea but was told it was just for coffee & to use the creamer.

Nice hostel, check in could be better.

The lounge and pool areas are nice.

I had messaged in advance that I was checking in around 11PM because of my flight. I had to wait more than an hour late at night to check in after calling multiple times because no one was at reception. I would have liked some sort of apology or compensation for the trouble but the staff didn’t say anything. I asked if they had a single room for the night so I wouldn’t have to bother the others in the dorm at 1am midnight but he just said we’re fully booked.

Exceptional

It was really nice staying here! Breakfast was great, beds were ok and showers were clean. The chilling and breakfast area is really nice, you can chill, work or talk to people!

There were no room for putting your stuff like shelves or sth else.

Good value

The location was great and it was designed beautifully. The pool and chill out area were super nice. Breakfast was also good (choose between eggs and pancakes). The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful regarding tours etc.

The restaurant staff seemed a little bit overwhelmed with dinner and breakfast orders. So service was pretty slow. Also one of the bungalows toilets definitely needs some maintenance.

The location is very nice, in the city center. The hostel has a pool and a place to chill out. They also helped to book a trip to Batur mountain, many thanks for this!

Super uncomfortable that the dormitories are mixed and shower, toilet and a sink are in the dormitories! It was impossible to have a good sleep.

Nice hostel in a great location

The hostel is situated within a very pretty garden, you don't feel like you're in the middle of ubud (which you actually are!). Location is very good, you're close to everything, the dorms are very comfortable, the shared facilities like the breakfast nook and the pool are nice as well. Staff is very nice and willing to help you with everything. Included breakfast is simple but fine. Not necessarily very social hostel.

The only "downside" is that the washingtable is in the middle of the room (instead of behind a door like the toilet and shower are) and not closed off, you whenever someone wants to wash their hands or brush their teeth you can hear it really well. But thats really a minor thing.

it was ok!

location and price were good! the breakfast was ok and the pool was lovely!

the beds were creaky especially if someone’s above you. I didn’t like how the bathrooms were inside the bedroom area, made it harder if you got up earlier before others

I enjoyed the location as it waz right in the center of ubud

Felt like a hotel, you had to rent a towel if you wanted one, no public kitchen had to order at the bar. The lockers where noicy. And the food wasnt even that freat either

Exceptional

my stay was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful! I booked into a shared room for my first night, then after a last minute change of plan, the staff were able to accommodate me into a private room, allowing my partner to join me for the remainder of my stay. The pool onsite is lovely, surrounded by trees with areas both in the sun and the shade. Breakfast is served until 11 am which worked brilliantly, meaning I was able to go to a morning yoga class before hand (central location also made this possible). I’d recommend staying here, I felt welcomed as a solo traveler and continued to have a great time throughout my stay. 10/10
